The aluminium cast is composed of five modular elements that can be arranged differently depending on the exhibition space. The faces, reminiscent of old cartoon characters with exaggerated expressions, present two contrasting sides: one is perfectly shaped and smooth, while the reverse side reveals distorted, uncanny features.

The house is often interpreted as a dream symbol for childhood or the material conditions one is confronted with in life. This house consists of five separate pieces that cannot be closed or assembled into a complete whole. In this fragmentation lies a sense of openness, dislocation, and the impossibility of forming a unified structure.
